APARTMENT PRIDE (Primer & Ceilings)

An environmentally friendly, economical and versatile Matt Acrylic Emulsion with good hiding power and limited wipeability. Used as an interior Primer or as an economical interior finishing coat. The product conforms to GBCSA environmental requirements and EU 2010 targets.

RECOMMENDED USE: INTERIOR surfaces. Used as primer to fill plaster grain on new sand/cement plaster, fairfaced brickwork and fibre cement. Can also be used as an economical finishing coat for ceilings and the interiors of industrial buildings.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR: Should not be used externally, or on previously painted surfaces. Also not suitable as a primer for low, medium or high sheen finishing coats.

COLOUR RANGE: White and Pastel colours.

APPLICATION PLEASE NOTE: Correct preparation is essential. All surfaces must be sound and prepared in the recommended manner. For more information on surface preparation contact your closest Paintsmiths store. After the correct surface preparation has been completed apply the necessary primer coat. Thoroughly stir and apply 1 primer coat of Apartment Pride to prepared surfaces using a brush, roller or spray at the stipulated spread rates. Allow to dry before over-coating. When using Apartment Pride as an economical finishing coat for ceilings and walls, apply 2 coats.

SPREAD RATE: ± 6m²/litre

NOTE: The spread rates quoted are approximate and should only be used as a guide as the actual rate will vary depending on the condition and porosity of the substrate.
